Reference siteBuilt by Mini Truck Co. to show what a mini truck dealer’s site can be. It is not a business: nothing here is for sale and no order, bid or payment is taken.

THE PHOSPHOR OWNERSHIP PLATFORM

Your truck.
A life beyond
listing day.

Find it. Know it. Keep it working.
One record for everything that comes next.

Start with your truck
REAL COUNTRY / THE PICTURE CORRAL

Local design study. Service requests, owner accounts, auctions and payments are not connected.

NOT JUST THE DAY YOU BUY IT

The sale is a moment.
Ownership is the work.

Build the useful part around the truck: its identity, the work it needs, the parts that fit and the history worth keeping. When it moves on, the record can move with it.

01 / THE TRUCK PASSPORT

Know the story.
Keep the receipts.

A condition photo should lead somewhere. A service entry should say who did the work. A part should point to the configuration it fits.

The passport connects those pieces without exposing the owner's private paperwork.

BEFORE THE NEXT STEP

A few useful
answers.

Preparation, not a booking. The service workflow remains a local design study.

What should an initial service inquiry include?

Start with the vehicle identity, location, symptom and desired outcome. Confirm who will perform the work and the approved scope before assuming a repair is scheduled.

Does a baseline review guarantee the truck?

No. A review records findings within its stated scope. Any warranty needs separate written terms and a named responsible party.

Can a part be matched from a photo?

A photo can begin the question. Match the chassis, existing identifiers and applicable part reference before treating it as a confirmed fit.

What should stay with the vehicle?

Keep identity, condition findings, authorized work and handover records together. Record dates and the source of each item so the next owner can understand its scope.

03 / A BETTER NEXT CHAPTER

Ready for work.
Ready for what’s next.

The future auction should begin with the same identity and disclosures, not a fresh coat of mystery.

Before bidding comes the listing packet: ownership review, condition photographs, known issues and a clear separation between inspection and certification.

04 / BUSINESS ESSENTIALS

A dealer needs
more than a website.

The storefront, the service counter, the team and the money record. Build them around one business, not eight disconnected logins.

it starts.

A new-to-you workhorse, a stubborn fault or a part nobody can identify. Begin with the truck and the job.

Reference choices use selected current manufacturer records. Earlier or unidentified trucks take the manual-identification path. Nothing is booked or sent from this local study.
