Reference siteBuilt by Mini Truck Co. to show what a mini truck dealer’s site can be. It is not a business: nothing here is for sale and no order, bid or payment is taken.

THE BUILD / INTERNAL REVIEW

One truck record.
A connected business.

The differentiator is not another wall of listings. It is useful evidence that survives the sale.

Local design study. Service requests, owner accounts, auctions and payments are not connected.

01 / FIRST BUILD

Own the record

Truck identity, permissioned evidence, service intake and an operator queue.

Acceptance evidence: One real truck and one completed service workflow.
02 / NEXT

Own the return visit

Parts-fitment requests, reviewed estimates, maintenance reminders and owner access.

Acceptance evidence: A returning owner can understand the same truck record.
03 / THEN

Open the marketplace

Seller verification, listing review, auction rules, bidding and settlement operations.

Acceptance evidence: Concurrent-bid, close-time, payment and dispute paths tested before launch.
04 / SCALE

Equip the network

Tenant-isolated dealer storefronts, training, service partners and operating reports.

Acceptance evidence: A second dealer can onboard without sharing the first dealer’s private records.

THE SHARED RECORD

A passport.
Not a public deal jacket.

Public with permission

Vehicle identity, reviewed listing facts, redacted condition findings and service summaries the owner chooses to share.

Owner and assigned shop

Full work orders, estimates, authorizations, invoices and permissioned supporting documents.

Operators only

Review decisions, access grants, dispute cases and audit events. Financial and identity documents stay in the approved protected systems.

Proposed data objects and access tests

organizations, memberships, vehicles, vehicle_configurations, evidence_items, inspections, service_requests, estimates, work_orders, authorizations, invoices, provider_events, listings, auction_events, ownership_transfers and consent_grants.

Separate document access from public listing projection. Record provenance, author, timestamp and revision. Revoke previous-owner access during a verified transfer without erasing historical authorship. Test owner, assigned technician, dealer manager and unrelated tenant access. No database or migration was created.

THE MARKETPLACE

Before the first bid.
Make the record work.

Listing readiness

Seller authority, identity review, condition photographs, known faults, permitted-use disclosures and a reviewed listing version.

Auction integrity

Server-authoritative time, atomic bid acceptance, explicit increments, published reserve and extension behavior and auditable events.

The actual finish

Auction result, funds verification, documents and physical handover are distinct states. Failed settlement and disputes need real operations.

Required tests before live bidding

Two simultaneous bids, retries, a late packet at close, extension behavior, reserve not met, seller withdrawal rules, bidder suspension, stale screens, failed payment, duplicate provider events, refunds and disputes. No simulated bid is represented as live activity here.

Required independent work includes marketplace and auction legal review, dealer requirements, provider eligibility, taxes, privacy, seller agreements and support coverage. No deposit, escrow or financing product is designed into this prototype.

WHY THIS DIRECTION

Less guessing.
More useful continuity.

Mini Truck Depot’s reviewed homepage organizes makes/models, inventory, upgrades and dealer/fleet inquiries. Phosphor can investigate a different emphasis: service and evidence continuity around the same vehicle. That is a positioning hypothesis, not proof that no competitor offers it.
