Carry / Mini Dump

The working end gets to work.

A heavy-duty tipping-body layout on the Carry single cab. The raised chassis and strong sidewalls keep the utility hardware visible.

Your transmission preference

The exact year, grade and body determine the transmission options. Exact vehicle details are reviewed before a quote.

A WORKDAY, NOT JUST A SPEC SHEET

Less handling at the last stop.

The job is not finished when the load arrives. A tipping body changes the unloading step, and that is the reason to choose it. Start with the material, the ground and the unloading location, then choose the body and its documented limits.

Landscape maintenance

Suzuki marks this heavy-duty body soil/sand prohibited. Start with permitted materials, not a photograph of gravel or a generic dump-truck claim.

Grounds cleanup

Map a level tipping area with overhead clearance. Keep bystanders clear and follow the body maker’s operating procedure.

Property projects

A rear tip can reduce manual unloading, but it does not turn the vehicle into excavation equipment. Check material density and load distribution first.

A dump body adds hydraulic hardware and changes the rear structure. Compare a regular drop-side truck if the work is mainly boxed equipment. Never use a marketing load claim as a substitute for the exact body plate.

QUESTIONS THAT CHANGE THE CHOICE

Before the short list.

Are all Suzuki dump bodies the same?

No. Heavy-duty, Kintaro, shallow-bed, cleaning and lift-dump bodies are separate references. Their gates, dimensions and transmission choices differ.

Will every dump offer an automatic?

No. The current heavy-duty Japan reference offers 5MT or 4AT. The shallow-bed and lift-dump references are manual-only. Match the exact body before quoting a transmission.

4WD requested. Approximately three-inch lift appearance, matched all-terrain tire style and Phosphor Lime paint. Engineering and exact dimensions unverified.

Suzuki’s dump range contains several different bodies. The heavy-duty variant offers 5MT or 4AT in the current Japan matrix. Shallow-bed and lift-dump references are manual-only. Do not transfer their dimensions or load permissions to this study.

Factory figures describe unmodified Japan-market references. They are not measured results or load ratings for the illustrated modified truck.

BEFORE THE PARTS LIST

Match the idea
to the actual truck.

Begin with manufacture date, chassis identity, engine configuration and the intended work. Then check the suspension, wheels and body as one finished configuration.

  • Body maker and permitted load material
  • Hydraulic clearances through the full tip arc
  • Stability and final load rating after modification

R06A is not an EPA family identifier. Any claimed approval must match the applicable model year and exact configuration. Federal emissions, vehicle safety import requirements and state registration remain separate questions.
